Police searching for persons responsible for bridge graffiti
Morris police are seeking information from the public in a case where criminal defacement of property was reported on the Illinois River bridge, west of Stratton Park.
According to a department release, just before 1 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, unknown suspects spray-painted graffiti on the pillar wall of the bridge, in the area of the 300 block of Griggs Drive. Police responded to an earlier noise complaint in the area.
