Some of the details

Text Size: AaAaAaAaAa

I put so many hours into planning my wedding that it was literally like having another job for me, except I wasn't getting paid.

When you put that much work into something, the thought of it not working out as planned is heartbreaking. Because I had planned so many small details my fabulous bridesmaids were there to help every step of the way. We were up late hours the night before setting everything up.

I got about four hours of sleep the night before my wedding, but it was so worth it. There are plenty of details to share, but here are a couple of my favorites.

The picture to the right is of my "Where we came from" table that contained black and white photos of our parents, grandparents and even great grandparents. And in the middle was our engagement photo.

It was a wonderful touch that both family and friends enjoyed. A lovely Pinterest idea that came through as visualized. And it gave my family an opportunity to take a moment to remember our loved ones that have passed, and to remember their own wedding days.

The photo below is the sign my precious goddaughter and flower girl, Lilly, carried down the aisle for Paul to read right before I came down. Lilly calls my husband Paul, "Uncle Pill." Paul came out as Pill one day and it has stuck. He hates it, but we all love it so we make sure she continues to say it. So it was only fitting for her to carry a sign down that says "Here comes your girl Uncle Pill."

As if the guests weren't already going to be in awe of Lilly and her cuteness, the sign just topped it off.

I promise to continue to share the fun details of our big day so make sure you check back soon!

I'm in favor of anything that will help improve school finances
I will support it if it helps to lower my property taxes
I oppose it because I don't believe it will impact property taxes and I will just pay twice
I'm against any additional taxes
I have not heard enough yet to form an opinion
