Pathologist: Kimberly, kids shot in head from 2 feet away

Unable to determine if Kimberly shot herself

CHICAGO (MCT) — As graphic autopsy photos were displayed for jurors on a large flat-screen television, a forensic pathologist testified Wednesday at Christopher Vaughn’s murder trial that his wife and three young children were all shot in the head from no more than 2 feet away.

The pathologist, Larry Blum, also said he could not determine from the gunshot wound below the chin of Vaughn’s wife, Kimberly, if she had shot herself or been shot by someone else.
