State Deputy Superintendent: It's time for tough changes in Illinois' education system
BELLEVILLE (MCT) — Illinois educators are on the verge of having to make a series of very painful changes, Illinois State Deputy Superintendent of Schools Susie Morrison told local leaders Wednesday morning.
She spoke about the future of education in the state to members of the Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce at its Issues and Eggs breakfast Wednesday morning at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows.
