Family of teen charged in crash that killed girl 'grieves at the loss of this child'
(MCT) — The family of a teen charged with DUI in the Labor Day crash in Highland Park that claimed the life of a 5-year-old girl who was struck by a car as she walked on a sidewalk with her family expressed grief this morning over the death during a brief interview with the Tribune.
“Our family grieves at the loss of this child,” said David Rousso, father of Carly Rousso, 18, who was charged this week with a misdemeanor count of DUI as authorities continue to investigate the crash.
