Police: Man contributed to delinquency of a minor
Grundy County deputies arrested Daniel J. Hougas, 22, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor early Sunday after he allegedly drank alcohol and smoked marijuana with a minor.
Hougas was arrested on W. Dupont Road near Illinois 47 at about 12:20 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, after he was stopped by a deputy for being parked along Dupont Road and having an inconsistent story about what he and his passenger were doing.
