Verneda Matteson Walsh
Verneda Matteson Walsh, 92, passed away Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012.
Verneda was the daughter of Mary Miller and Cryder (Tubby) Matteson of Morris, and the ex-wife of Donald Walsh of Mazon.
Verneda was born and raised in Morris, where she worked at a Dell’s dress shop with Alma Howen. In 1949, she and Donald moved to Elgin, Ill.
