Man charged with DUI after reportedly driving into tree
A Morris man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after a single vehicle crash in which he reportedly struck a tree.
At about 2:10 a.m., according to the Morris Police Department, police arrested Elvin Diaz, 29, of 1206 Price St. #2, following a crash in the 400 block of Meadowbrook Lane.
