White Sox can’t break through against Tigers
CHICAGO (MCT) — Without Adam Dunn for the fifth consecutive game because of a right oblique strain, White Sox manager Robin Ventura admitted he has considered employing a lineup that featured Alex Rios in the third spot.
Unfortunately for the Sox, their reliance on the long ball fell short Tuesday night as they trailed the Tigers 5-3 entering the ninth inning in their American League Central showdown.
