MCHS to comply with IHSA ruling
Association says student can’t be member of Indians
Minooka Community High School will be changing the way it handles student-athletic transfers. This by the way of necessity after a recent Illinois High School Association ruling determined that the MCHS administration misinterpreted the association’s by-laws this fall semester.
According to a release by the school from last week, it all stemmed from a student-athlete who transferred from MCHS to a local private school as a sophomore and then back again in early August as a senior.
