Dismissals
• Dec. 13, 2011 Morris Police Department charges of possession of a firearm without a firearm owner’s identification, resisting a police officer and aggravated assault against a police officer were dismissed against Benjamin F. Alvarez, 35, of 1252 Park Boulevard.
A separate July 13 charge of domestic battery was also dismissed against Alvarez.
