Man files lawsuit due to daughter’s injuries in 2010 Minooka accident
A man and his daughter injured in a 2010 vehicle crash in Minooka recently filed suit against the driver of a vehicle they were riding in.
According to Grundy County Circuit Court records, Robert Litoborski, filing for himself and his daughter Megan, is suing David Hibbard of Coal City.
