Dunn’s blasts keep White Sox alone in 1st
CHICAGO (MCT) — Adam Dunn admitted his three-run home run Monday night might have been the most important of his 406 career homers, and there was little doubt that it might have been the most significant homer of the White Sox’s season.
Dunn capped a two-homer performance by smacking a three-run shot on an 0-2 pitch from Vinnie Pestano with two outs in the bottom of the eighth inning to vault the Sox to a 5-4 victory over the Indians.
