Home runs alone can’t save White Sox
(MCT) — The more home runs the White Sox hit, their need to generate more runs by other means becomes more noticeable.
Tuesday’s 4-3 loss to the Indians was the latest example of their lack of stringing together timely hits. They hit three homers — all solo shots — against unheralded Cory Kluber and closer Chris Perez.
