Wilmington man arrested for driving under the influence

Justin B. Demuth, 30, of Wilmington, was arrested by Grundy County deputies for driving under the influence of alcohol at E. Pine Bluff Road and N. Will Road, Thursday, Sept. 20.

He posted $300 and was released from custody.

Demuth was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to yield, driving without valid registration and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
