Yeates salutes NHS’ efforts for troops
GARDNER — In spring 2012, Gardner-South Wilmington High School’s National Honor Society sent six packages to a military unit in Afghanistan that has ties to the high school.
Specialist Timothy Yeates had been deployed with the 236th ICTC unit in Bagram, Afghanistan. Specialist Yeates’ step-daughter is a student at GSW.
