Golf cart reported stolen from residence

Kendall County deputies are investigating the theft of a golf cart from a Newark residence reported Thursday, Oct. 4.

According to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report, the theft was reported at abou 8:15 a.m. in the 13800 block of Lisbon Road in Newark.

A man told deputies unidentified suspects took a white 2005 Yamaha golf cart that was chained to an electrical pole outside of a residence sometime between Oct. 2 and Oct. 3.
