Man accused of recording woman in HCC locker room

BLOOMINGTON (MCT) — A custodian at Heartland Community College faces charges accusing him of video recording a security guard in a locker room at the college.

Jacob Davidson, 29, of the 100 block of Northfield Drive in Normal is charged in connection with a Sept. 28 incident in which a female security guard was allegedly recorded by Davidson on his cellphone while she was undressed. According to a prosecutor’s statement, the woman was in the process of weighing herself when she was recorded.
