Boy, 5, found dead at Marseilles residence
Coroner: Child found dead in Marseilles showed no evidence of trauma
MARSEILLES — Few details have been released about the 5-year-old boy who was found dead Sunday at a residence in Marseilles.
According to a press release from Marseilles Police Department, the boy was discovered following a call at 11:33 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 14, to assist Marseilles Area Ambulance at a residence.
La Salle County Coroner Jody Bernard said the boy was pronounced dead at the home at 12:05 p.m.
