NEWARK, Del. — Mrs. Sandra Lee Williams, 64, of Newark, Del., went home to be with our Lord on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012.

As a military dependent, Sandra was a world traveler, living in Japan, Germany and several U.S. states. She attended Valparaiso University and then completed a bachelor's degree in mathematics at the University of Illinois.

While Sandra chose to be a stay-at-home-mom, she taught GED part-time for more than 10 years. With her children grown, she earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Delaware, but then chose to become a full-time "grandma" rather than pursuing a career.
