CUSTER PARK, Ill. — Mr. Patrick O'Reilly Sr., 53, of Custer Park, Ill., passed away at home with his family by his side Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, due to injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident that occurred on Sept. 24, 2012.

Funeral services will be at the R.W. Patterson Funeral Homes, Ltd., Braidwood Chapel, 402 E. Main St., Braidwood at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24. The Rev. Chris Beamsley will officiate.  Visitation will also be Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 3 to 7:30 p.m.

Cremation rites will be accorded following services. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery, Wilmington.
