Peru Mall has treats for costumed children

Trick-or-treat hours set for special Halloween event

PERU, Ill. – Spooky, magical, clever and cute trick or treaters are what you’ll find at Peru Mall on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012.

During the witching hours of 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Peru Mall’s common area will be filled with costumed creatures, heroes and famous characters as children from all over the area are invited to trick or treat throughout the Mall.

Participating mall merchants will greet costumed children ages ten and under accompanied by an adult as the youngsters trick or treat in comfort at Peru Mall.

“We recognize how important trick or treating is to our youngest shoppers,” said Phillip Hileman, Peru Mall general manager, “We are happy to provide a warm and dry location for families to enjoy this tradition.”
