Man arrested again for causing disturbance at Morris McDonald’s

A Morris man was arrested by police Monday night following a disturbance at McDonald’s.

According to police reports, police arrested Marcellus Pretlow, 26, after an employee at the restaurant, located at 1700 N. Division Street, filed a complaint against him. Pretlow was transported to the Morris Police Department and later posted $120 bond and was released with a court date.

The incident was the second time in recent months in which Pretlow was arrested at McDonalds. The employee to sign the complaint Monday was the same person to file charges in a July 10 incident, according to department records.

According to prior reports, Pretlow was arrested on that date for throwing food at an employee through the drive-through window and threatening the employee.

Grundy County Circuit Court records show that Pretlow pleaded guilty to the incident in a court appearance Oct. 9 and was placed on a year of conditional discharge and fined $175.

He was also ordered not to have contact with McDonald’s property, the employee or McDonalds managers.
