Man charged with possession of stolen vehicle in Minooka
Richard L. Washington, 49, was arrested by Minooka police for possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful possession of a stolen registration sticker and operating a vehicle with expired registration at 99 Ottawa Drive and Grainger Way, Minooka, Tuesday, Oct. 16.
He was held pending a bond hearing at the Grundy County jail.
