GENESO, Ill. — Roxanne L. Aper, 50, of Geneseo, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012 at the Hammond Henry Hospital Emergency Room, Geneseo, Ill.

Born Dec.27, 1961, in Morris, Roxanne was the daughter of William and Beverly (Berta) Rehberg. She was a 1980 graduate of Newark High School and graduated in 1984 from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in music education.

Roxanne was united in marriage to David P. Aper on June 21, 1986, in Morris. She has been the music director for Annawan High School for the last 27 years.
