WILMINGTON, Ill. — Mr. Charles Duane Elwell, 78, of Wilmington, Ill., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home in Joliet, Ill.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at the First Christian Church in Wilmington. Minister Dallas Henry will officiate.

Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Wilmington.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at the R.W. Patterson Funeral Homes, Ltd., Braidwood Chapel, and also from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at the First Christian Church in Wilmington.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in his name may be made to the First Christian Church.
