Morris woman pleads guilty to drug, DUI charges

Heraoljo Perez-Serna, 35, of 314 E. Main Street, pleaded guilty to an Oct. 11, 2006 Morris Police Department charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to 30 months of probation, ordered to pay $835 in fees and costs plus a monthly $20 probation fee.

In a second charge, she pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was sentenced to a year of conditional discharge, plus ordered to pay $685 in fees and costs and attend a victim’s impact panel.
