CITATIONS

• Saverio H. Loomis III, 25, of Godley, pleaded guilty to a July 17 Grundy County Sheriff’s Department charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Loomis was sentenced to six months of court supervision and fined $910.

• Davye A. Neally, 61, of 836 E. North Street, pleaded guilty to a Sept. 30 Grundy County Sheriff’s Department charge of driving 15 to 20 miles per hour over the speed limit for driving 70 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone. He was sentenced to 90 days of court supervision and fined $205.

• Donald W. Furbee Jr., 27, of 1809 Anne Lane Apt. A, pleaded guilty to an Oct. 2 Grundy County Sheriff’s Department charge of of driving 15 to 20 miles per hour over the speed limit for driving 70 in a 55 miles per hour zone. He was sentenced to 90 days of court supervision and fined $205.
