• A Sept. 25 Morris Police Department charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration was dismissed against Jacque J. Welch, 18, of 402 East Street.

• A June 13 Grundy County Sheriff’s Department charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed against Adam R. Stevens, 28, of 1001 Quail Drive Apt. 308.
