FBI: Stringer Bell bandit hits the Loop for 5th time
(MCT) CHICAGO — FBI officials were searching for a man dubbed the "Stringer Bell" bandit who is believed to be behind five bank robberies in the Loop, including one on Thursday.
The latest robbery happened at about 1 p.m. Thursday at a Citibank branch at 11 S. LaSalle Street, said FBI Spokeswoman Joan Hyde.
