Woman files suit against other driver in 2011 crash
A woman filed suit in Grundy County Circuit Court Wednesday, Oct. 24, against a man for a February 2011 car crash in Morris.
According to court records, Judith A. Peterson filed suit against David H. Elliot Jr. for a Feb. 28, 2011, crash on Illinios 47, near E. Jackson Street.
