Bail set at $350k for driver charged with injuring ex-Marine, 87
(MCT) — The man police said is responsible for forcing an 87-year-old ex-Marine to spend Veteran’s Day weekend in a medically induced coma was ordered held Sunday on $350,000 bail.
Michael Izeta, 26, had been charged with felony DUI resulting in serious injury and cited with striking a pedestrian, running a red light and driving without insurance or a driver’s license.
