DEPUE, Ill. — Mr. Jonathan D. “Buddhasack” Johnson, 25, of DePue, Ill., formerly of Mendota, Ill., passed away Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Funeral services will be held at noon Monday, Nov. 16, 2012, at Mendota United Pentecostal Church. Pastor Dan Richardson will officiate.

Visitation will be two hours prior to services Monday, Nov. 16, at the church.

Burial will be in DePue City Cemetery in DePue.
