Texas man sentenced for failure to support
Jeffrey T. Schultz, 42, of Bridge City, Texas, pleaded guilty to a Sept. 1, 2007, charge of failure to support, a Class 4 felony.
He was sentenced to 30 months of conditional discharge, ordered to pay $465 in fees and costs and a yet-to-be determined amount of restitution, and ordered to serve 90 days at the Grundy County jail.
