Jacobs, 20, of 1257 Wauponsee Street, pleaded guilty to an Aug. 12 Grundy County Sheriff’s Department charge of driving 15 to 20 miles per hour over the speed limit for driving 71 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone. She was placed on 90 days of court supervision, fined $165 and ordered to complete traffic school.

• Brian J. Finks, 44, of Wilmington, pleaded guilty to an Oct. 31 Grundy County Sheriff’s Department charge of using a wireless phone in a school or construction zone. He was fined $120.
