Gardner man sentenced to 4-plus years in prison

Brian K. Kobiela, 28, of Gardner, was convicted of June 16, 2010 and June 24, 2010 charges of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, a Class 2 felony.

He was sentenced to serve two concurrent terms of four years and 10 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections. He was given credit for 309 days served. He was ordered to pay $1,585 in fees and costs.

The sentence will also run concurrent with time served for two Will County cases for retail theft and possession of a controlled substance.
