Man found not guilty of battery

A Lockport man was found not guilty of a charge of battery for an incident in downtown Morris. 

According to Grundy County Circuit Court records, on Monday, Nov. 19, Aaron C. Fox, 35, was found not guilty of the charge, which stemmed from a battery complaint from an incident that occurred March 3 outside of Ebbey George’s Bar & Grill.
