Morris woman pleads guilty to retail theft
Brianna L. Ford, 23, of 611 1/2 E. Chapin St., pleaded guilty to two April 30 counts of retail theft, a Class 3 felony, for taking more than $300 in merchandise from the Morris Wal-Mart.
She was sentenced to 30 months of probation and ordered to pay $215 in fees and costs, plus a $20 monthly probation fee. Ford was also ordered to serve 132 days in the Grundy County jail, with credit for 66 days served.
