Shield turns 80

Dorothy Shield of Morris will turn 80 on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012. Dorothy was born in Chelsea, Okla., and has lived in Morris for more than 40 years.

She has two sons, Jerry of Coal City and Bob of Bartlett; two daughters, Paula of Fort Smith, Ark., and Brenda of Morris; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandsons.

She celebrated with her family at Medieval Times.
