• Connie Fox, 51, was arrested by Marseilles police for battery, Marseilles, Thursday, Sept. 27. Fox was given a notice to appear.

• Duane E. Goins, 52, of Montgomery, was arrested by Marseilles police for a La Salle County warrant. Goins was taken to the La Salle County jail.

• Lorie A. Bianco, 49, of Marseilles, was cited by Marseilles police for driving with a suspended license on Main Street, Marseilles, Friday, Sept. 28.

• Travis W. Thomas, 21, of Marseilles, was cited by Marseilles police for disorderly conduct at Commercial Street, Tuesday, Sept. 25.
