Pair arrested in connection with murder of Maroa man, 23

(MCT) — MAROA — Police arrested two 21-year-old males on charges of first-degree murder and aggravated robbery, for stabbing and hammering 23-year-old Justin E. Mentzer to death as part of a plot to steal his PlayStation game systems and laptop computer.

Douglas W. Taylor and Terris Warnsley, both of Maroa, were arrested at about 10 p.m. Monday, after an intensive investigation that involved about 20 detectives from several police agencies.
