Lawsuit against Minooka officers is moved to U.S. District Court
A suit against two Minooka officers has been moved from Grundy County to the U.S. District Court.
A notice of removal was filed in both the Grundy County Circuit Court and U.S. District Court’s Northern District of Illinois on Nov. 19, moving the case, which was filed Nov. 6 by Joliet resident Dennis Bavilacqua.
