GARDNER, Ill. — Ms. Jennifer Marie Bonk, 43, of Gardner, Ill., and formerly of Romeoville, Ill., passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, at her home.
Born June 3, 1963, in Evergreen Park, Jennifer was a daughter of the late John Frank and Stephanie Marie (Pasciak) Bonk. She was raised and educated in Romeoville; graduated from Romeoville High School with the Class of 1987, and attended Lewis University.
She was homemaker who loved astrology, sunflowers, and her cats. Jenny also enjoyed spending quality time with her granddaughter, Annabelle.
Survivors include her lifelong companion of 24 years, Ron Hessa, and one daughter, Tabitha Hessa, both of Gardner; one granddaughter, Annabelle; one brother, Anthony (Jana) Bonk of Westmont, Ill.; three sisters, Kristin (Bob) Humphrey of Braidwood, Ill., and Amy Bonk (John Leggero) and Sarah Bonk, both of Romeoville; one aunt and one uncle, Lorraine (Anthony) Amato of Palatine and James Pasciak of Radisson, Wis.; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents, John Frank and Stephanie Marie (Pasciak) Bonk.
Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 21, from 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 8 p.m. in Reeves Funeral Home, 75 North Broadway (one block north of Illinois 113), Coal City. A private family burial will take place in Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, where Jennifer will be laid to rest with her parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for their distribution.
