Ruth A. Hartman
COAL CITY — Mrs. Ruth A. Hartman, 79, of Coal City, Ill., passed away while surrounded by her family Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012, at Morris Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Born June 4, 1933, to the late Arthur and Fannie Cush, Ruth was employed as a lab tech at Quantum until her retirement. She was a member of The Coal City United Methodist Church, as well as Coal City Lions Club and Prairie State Woman’s Club since 1977, serving as past president, vice president, and treasurer of both.
