Woman arrested for setting fire to own townhome
In addition to arson, Kapinus faces two drug-related charges
COAL CITY — A Diamond woman was arrested Thursday night after she allegedly started a fire in her home deliberately.
Deborah L. Kapinus, 47, of Diamond, was arrested on charges of arson, possession of a controlled substance, and bringing contraband into a penal institution.
