Let’s please think of ways to treat the causes of such unacceptable behavior rather than simply banning the tool or object that such a deranged person uses.

Let’s keep our freedoms and not let such unspeakable acts be the catalyst to take them away.

Alcohol prohibition caused many problems. During that time the price of booze skyrocketed. More people sought to drink than ever before. Bad guys were not going to jail. They were going to shoot their way out of the situation. The depression caused by the federal reserve and buying stock on margin forced congress to fix two problems. Revenue short fall and high cost of prisons. Prohibition was abolished at the same time machine guns were banned in 1934 giving the illusion that the gun control reduced murders. Just think if the most popular gun ever (AR) and mags are a deemed a felony.
