• Devon W. Heath, 22, of Ohio, was cited by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department Dec. 27 for possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.
• Michael W. Kirchner, 36, of Braceville, was arrested by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department Dec. 31and booked into the Grundy County Jail on a charge of driving while license suspended.
• Hunter W. Haas, 21, of Morris, was arrested by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department Dec. 30 and was booked into the Grundy County Jail on a charge of driving while license suspended and cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating with a suspended registration. He posted bond and was given a Jan. 28 court date.
• Jeffery S. Adams, 37, of Diamond, was arrested by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department Dec. 30 and booked into the Grundy County Jail on a charge of driving while license suspended. He posted bond and was released with a Jan. 28 court date.
• Richard A. Olson, 37, of Morris, was arrested by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department Dec. 30 and booked into the Grundy County Jail on a charge of violating an order of protection and on a warrant.
• Alexis M. Magee, 19, 315 Robinson Dr. in Morris, was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after she collided her vehicle with a tree.
