Guerrero sentenced for trespassing at restaurant

An 18-year-old man pleaded guilty Monday, Dec. 31, in Grundy County Circuit Court to trespassing at the McDonald’s restaurant in Minooka.

Juan E. Guerrero, 18, of Minooka, was sentenced to 12 months supervision, expiring Dec. 30, 2013, and was fined $150 as result of the incident. He also was ordered not to enter the McDonald’s restaurant located at 100 N. Ridge Road, Minooka.
