• Nicholas J. Benson, 23, 1622 Black St., was arrested by the Grundy County Sheriff’s police Jan. 4 on charges of possession of cannabis between 2.5 and 10 grams, and possession of drug equipment.
• Richard D. Velasco, 33, of Diamond, was arrested by the Grundy County Sheriff’s police Jan. 3 on a charge of driving while license suspended.
