Investigation leads to arrest of Seneca man

Gerald D. Mulac, 56, of Seneca, turned himself into Morris police and was charged with harassment by telephone and disorderly conduct Jan. 4.

The arrest stemmed from an investigation at Liberty Medical Center, 1368 Liberty St., where Mulac was a patient.

When he turned himself in he was served with complaints of harassment and disorderly conduct.

He posted $150 bond and was released with a Jan 28 court date.
